Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept refund in the following simple terms:
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
Please follow the instructions stated on this policy page to escalate with our customer service in case of any dispute.
We do not accept returns on underwear.
We do not accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or have their tags removed.
Return shipping fees apply.
We always take care of proper packaging to ensure the products shipped are in their best conditions. However, damage can still happen during transportation. If the product arrived damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 7 days from the product's delivery, we will reship or refund. Please take pictures of the product.
If the wrong product is delivered (refer, i.e., different than the ordered product, wrong color, wrong size, wrong model, etc.) Please contact our customer service within 7 days from the receipt date for an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
Please note: Slightly differences (due to different production batches) on printing / comparing to previous purchase or photos display on our website may be experienced. However, if the physical product and the product's functions remain the same, this doesn't come under the category of "incorrect product" and will not be covered by our return/refund/reshipment policy.

Shipment never received
In unlikely situations, sometimes shipment may be interrupted by many reasons, by the respective carriers. We will try our best to recover the shipment however we can not guarantee 100% success.
In case the customer claimed package not delivered, but the carrier's website (tracking number) shows package is delivered, it will not be eligible for a refund.
In case of delays caused by emergencies like national disasters, war, or any other on which Woman Up does not have control on, the purchase will be considered final.
Incomplete or incorrect shipping data: An complete shipping address shall content; consignee name full, city name, province/state, zip code, country name, and a valid phone/mobile number.
If the parcel arrives at the nearest shipping agent's office after several unsuccessful delivery attempts, customers are liable to pick up the package themself. If the customer fails to pick up the parcel within a specific period, it will result in the box to be returned to the shipper or carrier's local warehouse.
Parcels to Denmark, Norway, Sweden. The telephone number is compulsory by Denmark post office, Norway post office, and Sweden post office. If the buyer failed to provide a telephone number, we do not pay the parcel.
Parcels to Finland, the email address is compulsory by Finland post office. If the buyer failed to provide an email address, we do not pay the parcel.
Woman Up reserves the right to update, change or replace any section of this Returns & Refunds Policy by posting updates and changes on our website. We do encourage our customers to visit this page periodically. Customers who continue to use or access this website are subject to accept and abide by any changes made in the future and terms and conditions stated here.
